    I’m so passionate about sharing this because I battled my weight and emotional eating for decades.

    It all started in college where suddenly I had zero control over my compulsive eating...

    My "Freshman 15" was actually 24 pounds (in less than 4 months).

    I was so embarrassed by my body. 

    I didn’t even look at myself in the full length mirror any more. 

    And if I dared to take a peek, I’d only said hateful things to myself.  

    And then my nightmare happened…

    I was a college athlete.

    At an away game I was heckled by a group of male students in the stands. 

    They chanted “22 has a big butt” over and over and OVER.

    ALL NIGHT LONG.

    They weren’t wrong.

    I did have an unproportionately BIG butt.  

    It was humiliating.

    I wanted to crawl under the bleachers and die, but I remained stoic.

    My big butt was well before JLo or Kim Kardashian came on the scene, so back then it was NO compliment.

    I was so self-conscious of my big butt already and they just had to point it out in such a cruel way.

    It was so bad the referee asked me if I was OK.

    So I joined Jenny Craig in college...


    Thinking I finally found the solution to my weight problem.

    But...I’d bring back all the prepackaged food and snacks to my dorm room AND end up eating a week's worth of food in two days!

    Another time, when I got really serious I ate nothing but tomato juice and string cheese for two weeks.

    Wow, I lost a lot of weight!

    My coach was happy. 

    But the first moment I went to a party, with a buffet… 

    You guessed it, I ate everything and went back for more.

    I continued to eat feverishly for weeks after that, gaining back all the weight and more!

    My story started when I went off to college...

    My first semester I gained 24 pounds.I went from a muscle-toned 17% body fat, six pack abs kind-of-body to a thick, not a muscle to be found with panty lines for the first time ever!! kind-of-bodyI was a college athlete, so it was perplexing to my coach and me how I could have gained so much when I worked out several hours a day. Actually, it wasn’t perplexing to me.I ate everything in sight. I ate large care packages that should have lasted 2-3 weeks in 2-3 days. I finished off bags of chips and boxes of cookies in one sitting.I couldn't stop eating no matter how hard I tried.I’d sneak around looking for food.The only thing that kept the weight gain stabilized was my excessive exercising.

    This was a very stressful college...

    a military academy to be exact

    Not only did we need to eat our meals at the speed of light but, there was too much added stress of that school… 

    I was 17 and away from home for the first time, the ratio of men to women was 10:1 (whole other story), and the constant push to be perfect created a great deal of anxiety.

    • This time in my life solidified some of the worst eating habits I would struggle with for the next 30 years.

    • I was sad and lonely.. I never experienced this before and had no coping skills for it. Until I found…

    • Food to make me feel better. But, the more I used food to “feel better” the worse I felt. 


    No one knew my internal struggle because I put on a brave face.

    The harder I tried to lose weight the worse it got.

    I did not have the ability to stop eating.

    I felt so out of control.

    The only thing that kept me in check and not growing an even bigger butt was my continued excessive exercising.

    I’d get on the scale everyday for the next 30 years hoping for a lower number.

    It felt like the end of the world when that number went up! 

    All my hard work for what? S O   F R U S T R A T I N G !!

    I felt unattractive. Which turned into feeling unlovable. Which turned into picking bad boyfriends.

    Ugh.

    For the next 30 years I tried many ways to lose weight and sadly I gained another 35 pounds in the process!

    I spent so much time planning my next diet and obsessing about food and had nothing to show for it.

    I’d binge eat at many fast food places in one sitting. 

    I did this by stopping at all my favorite drive-thrus, go home and devour everything as fast as I could.

    At one point I couldn’t drive past a Taco Bell without stopping!

    I ate so much candy and junk I do not know how I didn't’ become diabetic.

    I didn’t recognize my body.

    Nothing Really Worked

    I knew how to eat. 


    I knew how to exercise. 


    But, I couldn’t execute anything long enough for lasting weight loss.


    I’d stick to the diet all day until I got home and by the evening I’d be bingeing on just about anything.


    I still obsessed over food and about how my body wasn’t the body I used to have.


    I excelled in other areas of my life, but not around food and losing weight!


    I was defeated.


    My diet failures and binge eating only grew worse over time.

    I also knew I wasn’t where I wanted to be in life…

    ...and I’m also not just talking about my weight.

    I was in my mid-late thirties and thought I’d be further along in life and happier.

    I kept thinking I should have done more with my life by now. 

    My terrible attitude and pessimism was holding me back.

    I embarked on my own personal transformational journey.

    I studied Law Of Attraction and got really good at it. 

    I shifted my negative mindset to one of positive possibilities. 

    My outlook completely changed.

    I manifested money, relationships, a new job, a house in the exact neighborhood I wanted.

    • EVEN with my new attitude...

    • I COULD NOT visualize my way out of my eating issues.


      No amount of affirmations were helping me turn the corner on this food and weight problem.


      I tried mindful eating and I ended up not minding eating ALL the food!

    • I desperately wanted this to change once and for all.


      But it just seemed impossible because nothing has worked!


      Did I just need to accept being fat forever?

    That all changed when I unexpectedly found something so special.

    During my transformational journey I was introduced to this technique

    I had many breakthroughs using this technique that were not food related.

    But, when I discovered this technique used in a specific way could eliminate my cravings and emotional overeating...

    I was hopeful and skeptical.

    I had SO many questions

    Could this be an answer to my prayers?

    Why am I just learning about this now? I’ve literally tried everything. 

    If it’s so great, why isn’t everyone doing this?

    Could this actually be easier? It seemed too good to be true. 

    It’s worked for thousands of women. But would I be the first person it didn’t work for?

    Going for it was the best decision...

    and the biggest investment I ever made.


    It was so worth it.


    It worked like magic because I had a coach helping me find my blind spots.


    Finding the reasons for the eating and getting rid of them.


    After using this tool and applying it in a specific way for weight loss, I never again had a grocery store run for:

       -Twizzlers,

       -Cookie dough and

       -Donut holes.


    Or no more rescuing food from the trash! (it was truly that bad)


    I never knew I had so many underlying blocks not allowing me to lose weight.


    But it made sense.


    Once those blocks were removed, the weight loss followed.


    I released weight without even trying.


    I naturally made healthier food choices.


    I felt zero deprivation. 

    I lost 45 pounds! WHAAAT?

    My body got so healthy that I was able to...

    Conceive and deliver my child at age 45.


    And then lose 60 pounds of pregnancy weight in 5 months without any extreme dieting or exercise.


    It naturally fell off.


    Today I have difficulty remembering all the foods I craved.


    I can finally keep food in the house and even forget about it, instead of polishing it off the moment it comes through the front door.


    I feel free.


    I’m a positive role model for my child, I’m playful and I am at peace.


    I can shop for clothes & not worry if it will make me look fat.

    It was more than just the weight loss

     

    Using this tool allowed my authentic self to sparkle.

    I hadn’t seen HER sparkly self in many many years.

    I’m more confident than I have been in years (probably since high school)

    My stress levels went way down.

    I could cope with life’s curve balls without food.

    I trusted my intuition.

    No more picking duds to date (if you know what I mean). 

    This freedom I am experiencing today feels incredible.

    I want to help as many women as I can create this miracle for themselves.

    I want them to be able to wear the clothes they WANT to wear.
